Sky sport app via virgin go says device limit reached and only two devices registered

Hi there

 

have used virgin go app to watch sky sports live for some time. Recent phone swap and whilst the ‘go’ app works fine when redirected to sky sports it says device limit reached contact virgin. 
I only have my phone and iPad registered. iPad still works fine. I’ve registered this new phone and tryed everything including trying to register it on the sky sports devices section of my account which has 6 empty slots but doesn’t seem to allow me to do anything.


help please!!!!!!!!

Hi @StewartParsons

Thank you for your post, I am sorry to hear you are having issues with your Sky Sports app. You can register 2 devices at a time on the app as per Sky partner help page here. If you made changes you will need to wait 30 calender days to add another device. We are unable to reset these.
