I am not able to watch TNT Sports on my laptop. I have the same problem month after month. When I switch on my laptop to watch sports I get the message that I cannot add any more devices. Each time I log into my laptop it gets treated as a new device. The cookies and other site data and cached images and files are not cleared at shutdown. Can it be reset, as I cannot make any changes until 1 January.

Sorry to hear about these issues with your TNT sports online service. Are you watching this via your TV GO app or through the specific app for TNT sports?
You can only access BT Sport Online on a maximum of 2 devices simultaneously in any combination, whether they are smartphones, tablets, laptops or personal computers. You can find more information here 👉 BT Sport Online | Terms and Conditions
Sadly we are unable to reset the devices for the TNT app service - we are only able to reset your registered devices for TV GO. You can also find more information about resetting your TV GO devices here 👉 How to use Virgin TV Go app | Virgin Media Help
