Quest HD is pixilated on three android devices ( only quest hd ) Cache and data cleared to no avail. After data/cache is cleared I get a clear picture until the scene changes then its back to pixelation. Any ideas?

Android 11 ui 3.1 and android 13 ui 5.1.1

Hi @TheBriggie 👋

Welcome back to our Community Forums and thanks for your post.

Sorry to hear of the pixilation issues.

Is it just Quest HD that is impacted or have you noticed an issue on anything else?

It is only on Quest HD. I did discover that by using the rewind button bottom right the issue resolved for that session only. Play - pixelated - rewind-back to the beginning - no pixelation.

Come out of Quest HD go back in pixilated repeat as above. Strange one?

Now happening on TLC HD..same solution.

Morning @TheBriggie

Thanks for coming back to the thread.

Have you got any non-Android devices to test this out on? Also is this only affecting TV GO and not live TV?

Keep us posted.

Unfortunately no IOS devices (or otherwise). Live TV is fine on both channels. WiFi strength is excellent (tested). At the moment I cannot find any other HD or non HD channels affected.

And as mysteriously as it appeared it has now disappeared! All affected channels now playing without pixelation. No android updates, WiFi strength as previous. I did think about WiFi strength initially but given it worked OK after a rewind that kinda took me off that diagnostic route.

Thanks for your responses.  It is now a watching brief 🤞
