    We've been advised by our support teams that the fault has now been fixed.

Still no update from any moderator on this. This is the third day this problem has existed and nobody has has the common courtesy to let us all know when it will be resolved. Already missed all the rugby matches over the weekend. I await a response to this but am not holding my breath. Totally unacceptable
