Constantly being asked to register my device

I use virgin go app all the time on my Samsung phone but suddenly I am being asked to register my device each time I go in. I am not clearing down cache or history as referred to in other posts. Please help

Hi Thepenguin1985,

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, sorry to hear you are all of a sudden facing an issue with your TV Go app showing as a new device on your phone.

Has anything changed on the phone, has there been a recent software update, try checking the settings to make sure a default isn't set to remove Cache and Cookies, have you also tried to delete the app and re-install?

Nothing changed on phone. Have not deleted cache or history or have any setting. Have also reinstalled app with no joy. Interestingly if I name the device the same name as the original it doesn't add it as another device but lets me in to watch

Which Samsung phone is this? Which Android version is it running? When you re-register the phone, does it take the same device slot that was already occupied?
