Yes I have. I notice other people are having the same issue. I've even put the box back to factory settings

Hey @grahamcausier17,

Sorry to hear you have been having this issue, can you confirm with this are you presently connected to the same WIFI network as the box when having this issue? If so what happens when you try via a different connection?

Thanks . I have tried using 5g on phone same issue. I have recently had a new box. It never happened on old box
