I have been trying to download movies to watch offline on the Go app but just get a message saying download’s temporarily unavailable.
I have been trying for several days on both my iPad and iPhone.
I can steam fine and broadband is working fine so appears an issue with the app.

I suspect mine will go the same way two complaints one I cannot view but have been told there was an attempt to contact me. You would expect an e mail but nothing . 2nd it's simply sat there with no updates . Again I suspect there will be "an attempt to contact me " . Then it will be quietly closed . I have looked at the tracker and there does not appear to be any way to update it or re open from the complianee side probably another dead end.

WHY HAS THIS STILL NOT BEEN FIXED??
This is beyond a joke and stinks of either incompetence that it cannot be resolved or just no commitment to resolve it.
I give you one week and then I will either expect some form of significant rebate on my bill (which is huge) or I start the switching process away from VM to one of your many competitors who will only be too glad to take my money. Been a customer of yours for over 20 years. If nothing is done, I’ll be waving goodbye.

I am new to virgin and only moved from Sky as I was promised this all worked well as I used skygo all the time. I cannot download anything to my iPad from virgin.

Thank you for reaching out to us in our Community and welcome back, sorry to hear you are struggling to download content Via your TV Go so you can watch it on the plane when you go away.
This is something I have done myself recently and had no issues, when you are trying this are you connected to the same Network as your TV Box, are you connected to a VPN for work, do you have a 3rd party Router and have ours in Modem Mode?

2 weeks and you have still. It fixed this issue and no reply. Can you please get someone from customer service to contact me as this is not what I signed up for! I was assured this feature worked as I used sky go all the time and this is really poor.
