Can't access Sky Sports, says device limit reached.

Hi,

I've been trying to watch Sky Sports on my phone and tablet but get message about device limit. They're both my registered devices on Virgin Go but if I go to Sky Sports it says device limit reached...so I go to be Sky devices through Virgin Media app and the 6 slots are all available. I'll attach screenshots, thanks,

It seems to be working now on both my phone and tablet.
