App keeps freezing

When I try to watch  Reginald the Vampire on my tablet or phone it freezes at around the 11min 47 seconds mark. This happens on both devices fault number on the screen is 2004.

Which series/episode are you having problems with?

Others, myself and/or VM staff included, can try replicating it then.
