Hi 

When watching live TV on the virgin go app on my chromebook it stops after a couple of minutes saying the following 

Sorry - we can't watch this at the moment 4003.

Why? What causes this?

That didn't work, I am using the app on my Chromebook.

Can you please confirm if the application works on other devices you use for the TV Go services?

We would need to seek to see if this is a device or account issue.

Hi David_Bn, My pixel phone has no issues. Currently watching ITV4 on my Chromebook no issues switch to TNT sports issue comes back better much straight away.

Is it only TNT Sports that has this reoccurring issue?

Are all other channels okay?
