Parental controls currently doesn't work. I am unable to change the settings on my account.
They are switched to 'off'. When I try to switch them on I get the following message "Sorry the changes you made were not saved, please try again"
This problem has occurred for some time. Can you tell me how to resolve this so that I can turn parental controls to 'on', or otherwise resolve the issue?
