Virgin Stream/Flex Box Confusion

Hi,

As a existing customer do I qualify for the reduced £10 activation fee or have to pay the full £35 fee?

Also as a existing customer do I have to pay a monthly subscription for the 'Freeview Channels'? Otherwise what is this £5 a month subscription charge for and does the £5 subscription applies to new virgin customers or existing customers? As a existing broadband customer will I be classed as a new customer signing up to the stream/flex box for the 1st time?

Otherwise I like to know what channels or what am I getting for £5 a month subscription? If its only Freeview channels then isn't it illegal for a company to charge for Freeview channels?

Lastly will the stream/flex box will work with any router or has to be connected to a virgin hub router?

Finally there is no contract length for virgin stream/flex box service/subscription? Its a 1 month rolling contract?

If you are an existing Stream box customer nothing changes. If you don't currently have a Stream box & add one the new pricing applies (£10 activation & £5 monthly fee).
