TNT Sports subscription still stuck on pending

Subscribed to TNT Sports weeks ago.  Can't watch any TNT channels due to subscription being stuck on pending in my Virgin account. Virgin help centre doesn't offer any help. Anyone got any solutions please?

No it's still not working.  The person I spoke to said it would work same day but it's still showing as tnt sports, pending: adding soon.

Very frustrating. Are you able to get it working?

Hi Joe, thank you for responding. They said to ensure the stream box is plugged in and working, which it is, but the TNT channels aren’t available and the TNT subscription online is still showing as pending.

Two weeks of calling Virgin and the TNT Sports subscription is still showing as pending (see below). Nobody on the calls seems to know what to do. I don’t know what to do apart from cancel my Virgin subscription and go back to BT, but no doubt I’d phone up to cancel and they wouldn’t know how to do that either…

Hi,

Did this ever get resolved? I have the same issue for over a month with TNT Sports and Sky Sports. Everyone i speak with had no clue what on earth they are doing? The call ends with the same comment ‘we have raised an IT ticket and they will contact you shortly’….. turns out not IT ticket ever raised and not a single call back. Shocking customer service. Virgin haven’t a clue how to fix such a simple issue.
