TNT Sport pending

I ordered TNT in July but it is still pending and I am in a no man’s land of can’t watch the channel and can’t add it. Many many calls to the Virgin call line, they are nice enough but cannot help or fix it and pass me on to another team. Does anybody have contact details at Virgin how can help please? On other threads some kind Virgin person has stepped in, I’m getting desperate and pulling out what little hair I have, now that there are some good matches on TNT Sport!!!! Thanks

I can see you were recently in contact with our team who raised an IT ticket for you. Have you had an update on the ticket from our team? Do you need any further help?

      Thanks Akua_A this is great, whatever you did fixed it and it is working now, TNT Sports is no longer pending and I added and watched it just now. The IT team are still to come back to me, but all is good now, thanks to you and the community forum!!!

      Is this is part of your package, please download the TV GO app, from here you can access TNT sports on both a phone and tablet.

      You use your Virgin Media details to login in.

      Any issues downloading or login in let us know 🙂
