I have the same problem on an iPad, has previously worked
- can go in on my iPhone and watch ok
- I get this for all live sports ‘video not available a problem has occurred please try later’
- currently only two devices listed for sky sports us, so not over the limit
- I am tethering to through my iphone, it has previously worked when tethering as use a lot when away camping

Thanks for confirming the details billgoddard, we appreciate you making us aware of this and welcome to the community. Of the two devices registered, is the iPad the only devices getting the error message?

Yep and only when tethering, fine on WiFi.
The iPhone I was tethering too, did work fine
on 03-04-2024 12:00
This is a common message when Sky is blocking the connection. They are VERY strict about the way the app is used. If you are using any kind of VPN, or trying to cast to a TV from a portable device they will block you from using it.

Thanks nodrodg, irritatingly intermittent as it works on many occasions. Small screen it is in the camper.
