Sky Sport

Hi on the sky app it says contact virgin as device limit reached. On my virgin account it says there are none. Is there an easy fix.?

    Welcome back to the community and thanks for taking the time to post. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with the Sky Sports app. Have you checked the sky devices section of the TV GO app?
