Just had an update for my Flex box, 5.14 software, the Subscriptions men has changed, there’s Sky Sports, Sky Cinema, TNT, kids & Adult, but no Sky Essentials anymore,
does this mean that whenever someone has Flex they have to subscribe to Mega TV even if they only have 1 box
I’ve got 2 Flex boxes, 2nd one arrived today, had the first one for a year, but VM sent 2 so had to unplug the first one as it wouldn’t work, the 2 new ones did an update, this when I noticed the difference in the subscriptions menu

I still have the essential entertainment as you can see above pic.
My stream box updated to 5.14 today.

We have received an update, have you changed your TV package recently? Nd can we get the Firmware details of the other box.

Yes I have Sabrina but not happy with the cost, I have 2 new Flex boxes both working but the one I had when I first joined VM isn’t, that is due to be returned,
as I’m within my 14 days period, is it possible to cancel the 2 new Flex boxes & reinstate the old box that cost me £35, it’s just too expensive to have 2
I've been on WhatsApp to VM but not got anywhere
