I have the exact same issue and been back and forth with Virgin media for weeks with this issue. I am unable to add any subscription services using the stream box or manage my stream subscriptions online. I have raised a complaint and been told that the issue has been escalated to 2nd line support.

The below (error TS2/1/2/ERR_400/302/400) occurs immediately on selecting the add/remove subscriptions option via the Stream box menu.
