Apollo 360 wifi box

Hi

I have just had an apollo 360 wifi box installed,  no problems with with it so far, but I have a question,  when I turn on box and tv with top red button on remote control the tv comes on with menu screen with tv programme in the lower right hand corner playing, I presume that it's playing the last channel I was watching.

So, I then need to hit the back button on remote to get the channel in the small window to go full screen,  I have looked at settings, I can't find anywhere where I can change so when turning both box and tv it goes straight to a channel program .

Am I missing something in settings?

Hi

Ok, no settings on tv or apollo box that I can see that changes how box comes on.

Also the remote control does everything it should do, (all buttons work )

If your Stream box is called Apollo I guess you are in Ireland so you should really contact Virgin Media Ireland if you have a problem.

I don't have a Stream box but I thought it should work similar to the 360 box, the 360 does does come on with the last channel there is nothing to set, even if you turn off the 360 when the Home screen is on it will still power up with the last channel.

Possibly a Stream user could clarify this for you.
