Hi,

I’m new to this forum, so I’m not sure if this has been asked before. We got our first Virgin Flex box over a year ago for our bedroom, and we really enjoy using it on the upstairs TV. I was wondering if it’s possible to order a second box for the living room to set it up like a Multiroom?

Good news. You can have up to 6 flex boxes per account now.

it is correct you can order a multiple boxes for a Flex package now, and our team are available to support with this 😊

As it's a package change we'd recommend calling us directly on 150 / 0345 454 1111, or using our WhatsApp message service on +44730 532 7112.
