Trying to order a Stream box

I've been trying to order a Stream Box but it's proving to be a hassle. I just have BB 250 and a landline, no TV. Spoke to another assistant via WhatsApp last night and it's all about the big sale and lack of your own T&C's. Basically I said I'm after a Stream Box and that's it as my contract ends in November and I'll be looking for a better deal come then. Anyway after being offered a TV package for an extra few quid a month I declined. So next I'm told I'll need a new contract. Again I said that's not stated in the terms but they wouldn't have it. I quoted a post on here regarding this and was told it was false. Anyway that was the end of the conversation and now back to square one again. Help?

You can request a callback for Stream using the form from FAQ section on the </VM/tv/stream> page (I've included the text from that page and the link to the callback form below)

Can I get Stream if I’m already with Virgin Media?

Stream can be added to all our broadband deals that don’t include Virgin TV. You could have our broadband without landline, broadband and phone, or broadband and sim deal – it’s easy to get Stream on top. Simply talk to us on Live Chat or request a call from our team. Our phone lines are open Monday to Friday (8am to 9pm), Saturday and Sunday (8am to 6pm)

Thanks for posting and sorry you're still waiting on a call, has there been any change since you posted?

Nope....no phonecall yet. I did give my mobile number as I'm not at home during the day. I've had this issue before where I've said this and they've still phoned the landline.

Please could you give the team a call on 150 from a Virgin Media landline or 0345 454 1111 opt 1, 4 and 4 again, this will get you through to the contracts team who will be able to look into this further for you.
