Sky sports tennis changing to different match using qr code

Hi

when watching sky sports tennis channel a qr code comes up on the tv screen during a match and the commentator says that if you scan it you can change to a different match to the one showing 

can anyone tell me how to do it’s never used my phone to scan a qr code and no idea what to do once I’ve done it!

i have an iPhone 15 pro max

I would register on sky sports app and watch it via there rather then scanning the barcode.
