I need a reactivation code for Netflix. I am seeing a message to Add Payment when trying access Netflix since today.
I recently had a bereavement in the family and had to change account holder but have not received a new email to activate.
It has the Netflix Standard on my bill.

Thanks for coming back to us on this one. We're sorry to hear you've not been able to reactivate Netflix since the change in the account was done.
We don't have a link I'm afraid. Within My VM, there should be a Netflix tile. If you click this, it should give you the option of linking your Netflix account. If it doesn't, pop back and let us know so we can raise this with another team to re-send the activation link for you.

I have tried the Netflix tab , but it just takes me to the Netflix website with no option to link the new email address linked with the account.
If you could kindly pass this on to another team to pass on a validation link , that would be great.
