Is there a telephone number that I can speak to virgin media on instead of AI?
They say we’ll call you back but they never do!
To be honest I may as well cancel and go back to BT!

You can speak to VM by calling either 150 from a VM landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone, call around 8am if possible when lines first open and are least busy.

That is a complete waste of time, I WANT TO SPEAK to a REAL PERSON! NOT AI!
Why can’t someone just provide a number where you can? Or is it until you try and cancel your account before they come begging? Very helpful trying to sign you up after that customer service is none existent!

It's the only option for contacting by phone, and not AI.
You can explain your issue on here and a VM staff member (Not AI) will reply, however it can take several days.
Other than that you are out of luck!

Thanks I thought so, I tried that and it’s now 3 days later but still no call from them. I’ll try again one last time but if they don’t call this time I’m out of here

I’m out of my contract and want to discuss a new deal. Plenty of offers going around on the same broadband package but considerably cheaper. Never had a problem when I was looking to take my deal originally as I wasn’t a Virgin media customer, now I am it’s impossible to speak to anyone! Plus I have a problem with Stream
