Been trying to order a 3rd pod since December 23! Have been told twice it's been dispatched after proving poor speeds in a bedroom - no order created and not dispatched. Called today to be told homescan fine from VM end so can't order another pod although have a room with a speed less than 20 on connect app homescan. Told to order through app but no option to do this. Only resolution to call back in 48 hours - not sure difference that will make?? Really frustrating for expensive service!! Also told no complains department to be transferred to?? 😡😡
