Why switch me from 360/30 meg to 30/3???

I had 30/3 meg for over 10 years, they said my area wasn't upgradable. Then all of a sudden i was getting 360/30 meg for over 6 months. Now for some reason its gone back to 30/3 meg.

I try go to their website and says and the lowest i can select is 500mb (30mb is nowhere to be seen)

Why all of sudden i cant use 500mb when i had it before? So they're basically lying.

The difference between M350 and M500 would be impossible to spot when using the internet for working from home or for streaming TV or for online banking / shopping.

Well i cant host servers in Assetto Corsa or Bigscreen now. I have to use my phone as a hotspot to get better upload speed. Which is a joke.

Speed test the service to a Router mode Hub(3/4/5) + your device with the link below.
https://www.samknows.com/realspeed/

Once the test begins click on: Run full test to see all the stats.

The speed at the Hub should reflect your subscription.
The speed any WiFi device draws data at is limited by its data needs and technical abilities.

Hi @Dubman86 thanks for your post here although we're sorry to hear of the concerns you've raised here.

If you can run a speed test as advised by @Client62 we can look into this further for you, once you've done this please let us know if you have any further concerns.

Many thanks

you aint listening to what i am saying. i went from 360 meg to 30. they reduced my speed

Thank you @Dubman86 as you haven't made a change to your package we are assuming a drop in speeds may be a fault, and we are suggesting way to diagnose and resolve this for you so we can revert the speeds.

The first step towards this would be running the speed test as advised.

We can check if a 30/3 or an M350 speed profile has been loaded by the VM Hub.

Connect to the VM Hub at http://192.168.0.1/    (don't login) then scroll down to Check router status

Share the figures from the Hub's Check router status >>> Configuration tab.

What we are looking to see are the figures for Downstream > Max Traffic Rate. and Upstream > Max Traffic Rate.

Copy / Paste the text from the Configuration tab into this thread.

I actually forgot all about this
