VERY SLOW broadband in one room

I have very very fast broadband in my bedroom for my Xbox @ over 200mbps and it’s the same in my front room. But in my brothers bedroom it barely gets to 15mbps!! This is WITH a booster thing. Why is this? It’s extremely off putting

Where is the booster? It should be mid way between the hub and the target machine, NOT in the same room.
