Upload Speed Help Please

Hi all

I'm hoping someone can help me with issues I am having with my upload speed on my home Broadband (Virgin Media Ireland Fibre 500MB).

I never have an issue with download speeds but every so often my upload speed basically goes to nothing (or a few Kbps). This happens only through WiFi connections. Connected with Ethernet upload speed remains stable.

- Virgin have tested my line and said there are no errors.

- They sent an engineer and replaced the Virgin Media Hub 2.0 a few weeks again and this fixed the problem until yesterday.

- Upload speed has again dropped a few Kbps on WiFi connections

- Frustrated today I went and bought a TPLink AX3000 dual band router, changed the Virgin Media Hub to modem mode and connected to the TPLink router. However the upload speed remains the same on WiFi connections 😭

- Again, wired connections have stable upload speed.

If anyone could offer some insight as to what I can do I would really appreciate it! 🙏
