Upgraded broadband but no changes

Question

I have upgraded my broadband because of an email and I haven't seen any changes yet. I have 2 emails to confirm but not had any other contact as of 5th November&nbsp;

I have now but still only shows 500mbps instead of the 1gb.Thanks.

VM say it can take up to two weeks - although it is usually much less than that.So 4 days is still not unusual - try calling in again.

 If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
