Upgraded broadband but no changes

I have upgraded my broadband because of an email and I haven't seen any changes yet. I have 2 emails to confirm but not had any other contact as of 5th November

I have now but still only shows 500mbps instead of the 1gb.

VM say it can take up to two weeks - although it is usually much less than that.

So 4 days is still not unusual - try calling in again.

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & TNT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi), Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's & TP-Link Archer C64 WAP. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
