Speed In N10 Area. Seem to have issues.

Tuning in

So i seem to be having afew issues with my speed. i am on M500 and my speed seems to be around the 200 to 300.

i have used realspeed and got -

Virgin Media Hub 3 Download Mbps 546

Device Desktop Download Mbps 466L

But what confuses me more is when i go to service status i get this messege  - Looks like there’s an issue affecting the broadband service in your home.

I then go to find out more and it asks me to reset the router to factory settings tho that isnt what i want to do.

So im abit confused as to the situation?

Check with Area faults on 0800 561 0061 If you have a VM landline 150 this goes down to post code level.
