Slow speeds

Exceptionally slow speeds upstairs in my property, yet I can't get wifi pods despite speaking to over 15 different advisers. Been lied to so many times this past few days. Promised that they would be sent and was told today that they haven't been ordered at all. If I can't get two additional pods, then I will be cancelling my services with you.

We're sorry to hear of the wireless network issues in parts of your property and the problems experienced ordering a Pod. We appreciate you raising this via the forums.

 

Can you confirm if you have used the Connect App to scan the various locations and rooms within your property? If there is a room that doesn't meet the requirements here it should give the option to order a Pod. If required, these are sent individually, we wouldn't send all 3 at once.

 

WiFi Guarantee available with M50 broadband or faster. £8 a month extra or included with Gig1, Gig2 or Volt. At least 30Mbps download speeds in every room or £100 one-off credit. Up to 3 WiFi Pods if needed.
