NEW CONTRACT SPEED BOOST

As you seem to be helping a lot of other people I wonder if you could help me!!! So been with Virgin and O2 for a while and had M600 speed, I upgraded my Virgin Contract changed and noticed that for some reason my broadband speed has dropped to 500mb?..  do I get a boost please

Check the conf settings on the Hub. It will show what speed has been provisioned.
It's Configuration tab - Primary Downstream Service Flow - Max Traffic Rate.

Is that on wifi?  If so thats what is likely to be limiting it.  Connect a laptop/computer to the Hub on an ethernet cable and see what speeds that gets

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & TNT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi), Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's & TP-Link Archer C64 WAP. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.
