I have upgraded my M125 to M250 via Black Friday deal. My Virgin app states I’m now on M250 but speed hasn’t changed. Ookola still reading 95mbs on 5 ghz network, same as before.
Hub is in modem mode. And I’ve rebooted modem and router. Is this normal?
Cheers

Check the conf settings on the Hub. It will show what speed has been provisioned.
It's Configuration tab - Primary Downstream Service Flow - Max Traffic Rate.
What device are you using for the speed test and what is your Router? 95Mb is very slow for a 5Ghz connection, it should be maxing out even on the M125 Tier.

You not even getting decent speed for M125. I get this 40ft away from router in the rear extended kitchen through 2 walls.
If your hub is in modem mode..what router is providing your Wi-Fi?

95Mb/s is about the limit for a network cable connection operating at 100Mb/s Full Duplex.
Is the connection between the VM Hub and your 3rd party Router at 100Mb/s ?

Thanks for reply. All sorted now. I’m using an ASU’s Router so had to do factory reset. Now getting 270 mb/s
