You know what assumptions do...

I’m not on Wi-Fi I’m on Ethernet cable. Download speed are dreadful, I’m not even getting passed 100Mbps.

Check the cable has not failed, and also check the reported link speeds on the Hub and device NIC.  Sounds like the connection is only negotiating at 10/100 rather than 1Gb.

Also as carl_pearce​  has asked, please post the results of the wired test at Samknows.
