Low download speed

I'm on the 1Gb package and upload is generally good but download rarely breaks 300Mb and is typically 100-250Mb

BQM has spikes but nothing that would slow your speed

In router mode I take it?

Can you do send a file from one PC to another by wire to see what speed you get.

Sorry to hear you're having some issues with your speeds at this time. 
I have checked what I can on my side and cannot see any issues with your routers specs and the area also looks good. 
Are you running any third party networking equipment at all?
What results did you get on the test kindly advised by @legacy1?
