Is my power levels to blame for my poor connection?

Morning everyone.

I previously had issues before and it will resolved after a repull and power levels adjusted but yet again I am having issues. I have been running a BQM for the past few days which looks ok I believe with a blip on Wednesday evening.

The problem I have noticed is streaming, Its not streaming to the full quality and this is happening on Amazon Prime/Netflix and Youtube all on a wired connection with 1Gig connection.

I also have Google Home Doorbell and outdoor camera's and these are the same they take around 5/10 seconds before the stream shows a clear image instead of blured but obviously these are on WiFi but never had any issues previously.

I am wondering if my power levels are causing issues yet again?

likely the CDN to you is over loaded 

also router mode and wifi on the hub not that good

The router and wifi have been fine for me only within the last week its been playing up and its getting beyond a joke.
