Are my Power Levels OK?

My power levels are starting to look a little on the chilly side (-5 to -9 dBmv). This is also with a powered booster. Are there any issues in the BN area. Last time I checked (which was a while ago) they were always around the  -1 mark. I only checked because some sites are taking longer than usual to load.

    Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. Sorry to hear of any issues browsing the Internet. Power levels in that range are fine, anything -10 you need an engineer for.

    We've checked the systems and there was an issue over the weekend as well but that's now cleared so we do hope everything is fixed. 

    Can you also reboot your Router when you get time? It's been online for over 140 days which whilst the Routers are designed to stay on for a longer than usual period of time, doing a reboot every so often is a good thing :)

      Thanks! I tried the phone number, and there are no reported issues for broadband in my area. 

      I'm hoping someone on the Virgin team can have a snoop at my router levels (taking into account that I already have a powered signal booster for the router), and advise on if I need an engineer out.

      Thanks matey..... I'm gonna keep an eye on it then for the time being. Some channels are pushing -10

        No worries, please do ensure the Router is rebooted as well :)
