Intermittent signal, daily disconnections

Hi, for the past few months we’ve been getting increasingly frequent drop outs of our broadband. I think it’s been happening since the volt upgrade (1gig was fine before that as far as I recall). Rebooting the modem sometimes fixes it but it has become a real problem as I work from home (have done for six years but this is the first real issue).

Today the issues have been constant since about 6pm where we were watching some streaming series and it all went Pete tong.

Also every time it does disconnect your service page says the area is having intermittent service issues- it’s been months now and it is still happening daily.

Still getting intermittent drop outs. When it's good, it's really good, max speed. But when it's intermittent I'm getting kicked out of meetings etc which is not good at all. The status page alternates between "everything is fine, just reboot your hub" to "there's an intermittent issue in your area". So I'm only left to believe that there's an area issue but not enough complaints have been made for it to be a priority. A few months ago drop outs were non-existent. I had 1Gig and the same hub before the Volt upgrade an had no issues, is it a problem with the modem now being a few years old perhaps on its way out?

Still happening, been 2 minor blips and 1 complete outage for 7 minutes (during an important work meeting) today. It seems the minor blips go unacknowledged in the logs, but the major glitches are DBC-ACK log entries.
