High latency & connection constantly dropping out

Hi, I am having a lot of issues with my Gig1 connection. It is constantly giving high latency and the connection drops out and is non responsive. Is anyone able to check my hub values and confirm whether i have an issue?

I have rebooted the hub several times, Checked all cabling is tight & undamaged.
