I have the same ongoing issue since I got virgin ....every night like clockwork we can't stream TV or anything after 10pm.doesnt matter where you stand, no interference (checked it's not conflicting with other signals using wifi analyzer) so its not my end ...It's got to the point we have to make our phones wifi hot spots...and this is 500mb+ fibre, the response is just ask other members and not an actual fix.... really starting to regret getting this.

A few things...

Log on to the Hub settings and see what is being reported in the Network Logs page at 10pm each past few evenings - report that data back here.

At 10 pm tonight make sure you have a computer/laptop connected to the aHub on an an ethernet cable - and see if this disconnects at the same time as wifi devices.  If it remains ok then you know your problem is wifi only.

Set up a BQM now so we can see what happens around 10pm.

If you haven’t already, set up a free, secure and “offlsite” - “Broadband Quality Monitor” to continually monitor the state of your connection and record any true network dropouts , latency issues, packet drops, etc - it will thus allow you to differentiate between those and simple wifi dropouts. It does it 24/7/365 and it keeps a visual record of any/all of your network disconnections, useful data to have to match to the Network logs (in your Hub settings) and also in discussions with VM - note it will take a few hours to start seeing a sensible picture - post up the “link” to the “share live graph”. Click the lower link (Share Live Graph) then, click generate. Copy the text in the Direct Link box, beware, there may be more text than you can see. On here click the Link icon (2 links chain to the left of the camera icon) In the URL box paste the link you copied and then click OK
