my router is showing a lot of DOS attacks/scans, can anything be done?

no need to remove pic as it doesnt have my personal data only the scanners ips

I am so sorry that you are facing this issue with your service and thank you again for your post.

I have had a look on our side and I cannot see any issues with the Hub that could be causing this, can I just confirm, do you have the Hub in modem mode?

Yes I have it in modem mode. the logs are from my netgear nighthawk router. it just worrying that im getting all these scans and my internet keeps dropping.

 

im getting a lot of the below on my virgin hub

Try a Whois on the IP addresses, 3 I checked on port 443 were Google.

Most of those "Attacks" are false positives. Google, Amazon (and loads of big official websites and services) normally ping your kit then routers log them as "attacks" when they aren't. Specially Netgear routers.

Nothing to worry about and they won't be impacting your broadband.
