Has anyone else got issues with websafe? Mine is switched on, but isn't blocking anything, and dodgy websites can still be accessed.
There were problems a few months again which got resolved, but this has happened over the last few days.
Please help if you can Virgin!

By default Security Essentials blocks access to http://protonvpn.com, is that the case for you.
What AS Name value is reported here https://1.1.1.1/help? If it is not Virgin Media then look to see if DNS:

I have the same problem, only found out when I caught my kids on dodgy sites. Not happy at all with VM!

- is manually set on device
- if using a third-party router, it DNS setting
