Websafe not working - again!

Has anyone else got issues with websafe? Mine is switched on, but isn't blocking anything, and dodgy websites can still be accessed.

There were problems a few months again which got resolved, but this has happened over the last few days.

Please help if you can Virgin!

By default Security Essentials blocks access to http://protonvpn.com, is that the case for you.

What AS Name value is reported here https://1.1.1.1/help? If it is not Virgin Media then look to see if DNS:

  • is manually set on device
  • if using a third-party router, it DNS setting

I have the same problem, only found out when I caught my kids on dodgy sites. Not happy at all with VM!

@joannedonna, from the device on which the issue is occurring, what results do you see from following the above quoted instructions?
