Once again the parental controls are broken and not saving changes. Same every year at Christmas. Dangerous service exposes children to risk online and they don’t update you or send alerts so you can protect your children. No efforts from VM to improve this - I’ve been with them for years and it happens at Christmas and usually another time each year without fail.
To get you over the hurdle whilst VM fix the issue, you can manually set the DNS on the device(s) to use Cloudflare Adult and Malware filters. Set the DNS to 1.1.1.3 and 1.0.0.3 manually. This will bypass the VM DNS servers until the issue is fixed.
Maybe VM is not for you after all kids are given devices by an adult like yourself and you signed for getting the ISP I'm surprised you have not given them cigarettes and say lit up kids!
