Web Safe is incorrectly blocking my website

Very similar case to the one in this thread:

They are the only one ISP that we know of that is blocking us.

I've sent them an email asking to remove us from their block list along with the links to my security checks:

They responed with the following info:


We have investigated the Website on your behalf and found the following

The website is currently on our malware list and is blocked by our filters as hosting malicious software.

We have forwarded the site to our list suppliers for re-evaluation and will advise you of the outcome as soon as we have their response.



The Virgin Media team"

That was January 31st. I've reached out to them to check the status, but they haven't replied. Is there a more effective method of contacting them to ensure a response?

To confirm, when did you last email them?


January 30. I can't find my follow-up email, it seems I haven't sent it. Even though I thought I did. I've sent the follow-up now.
