Virgin Media Virus Safe is Blocking Access to Our Website

Hi there,

I've noticed a few posts regarding similar issues, and I'm hoping someone can help us out. Our website, "warx.co.uk," was targeted by a virus some time ago. Since then, we've completely rebuilt the site, resolved all issues, and ensured it's secure. However, it still seems to be blocked by Virgin Media's Virus Safe feature. The only way I can access it from home is by disabling Virus Safe.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how we can get this block lifted?

Thanks so much for your help!

It continues to light up Virustotal like a Christmas tree.

The problem is who has the time to review what was a virus site that now is good?

Might be faster to change the domain name

Our new website was just recently launched on our domain. Can we investigate this issue and resolve it, or does VirusTotal automatically scan and analyze the website for potential threats?

Update: A few days ago, the site was flagged as blocked by Vodafone on blocked.org.uk, so I sent them an email about it. I've just checked again, and the site no longer appears as blocked. It now opens fine on Virgin Media. However, VirusTotal is still reporting numerous malware issues.

Not seeing any evidence of Virgin Media's Essential Security (aka Web Safe) blocking access to site, despite adverse VirusTotal reporting. What do you see that indicated Virgin Media are blocking access?

Hi,

Whenever i tried opening our website at home using Virgin WiFi with Virus Safe enabled. The error message I received was: "This site can't provide a secure connection." However, the site would load without any issues if Virus Safe was turned off or when using a different network.

Additionally, our site was listed as blocked by Vodafone on blocked.org.uk. I contacted them via email about a week ago, and as of last night, that block has been lifted. The site is now working fine on Virgin WiFi, even though VirusTotal is still flagging some malware issues and I'm not sure if vodafone and virgin have any connection.
