Hiya, used the whatsapp Virgin Media number the other day to inquire about wifi boosters as the wifi doesn’t reach my room well. They only asked my name (which isn’t on the account, my mums name is, but i gave mine anyway) and the telephone password. Then tried to haggle me out of another £8 a month for boosters, when i said i couldn’t afford that they gave it to me for “free” and dispatched them for me saying they’ll arrive on 8/8 which was yesterday. However, they never took the account number or got me to confirm my address or anything, just my name and phone password ? so how would they know where to send or even which account it was for. Anyway, that was yesterday and lo and behold they never arrived.
