Hi - I'm having trouble accessing this running website - https://runalyze.com/ - on Virgin Media. Is it just me and my settings or is VM blocking it for some reason? I've always previously been able to access it up to this last week. I can still access it if on 4G or via VPN but not when the ISP is Virgin Media

If the site was being blocked you would see an overt VM blocking message/graphic. What are you seeing on screen?
In this similar topic
there seems to be a common theme involving German hosting/routing similar to hosting/routing for your domain name issue. Do you get the same issue with the simulator site mentioned above?

Thanks. Yes, it the same. I get the website timing out and it is a german website. Looking at that topic - it seems to say to disable child safe. As far as I know I haven't changed any of my settings. How do I disable child safe if that is the issue? If I go to http://192.168.0.1 I can't see anything in settings

Try changing the DNS settings on your device.

Further discussion on this topic
has pinned it down to a VM routing issue rather than a DNS issue. Nothing the customer(s) can fix from their end.

Hi Daniel - I'm in Nottingham and it seems to be routing issue. Same as this person I believe: this https://community.virginmedia.com/t5/Networking-and-WiFi/CANNOT-ACCESS-CERTAIN-WEBSITES-TIMED-OUT-ER...
I already have Child Safe disabled
