Is this a fraudulent message?

Today I received the below message and think it looks very suspect. Can anyone confirm if ntl accounts are being withdrawn. If so It seems very short notice! Thanks

Yes it is a scam email.  Check the security forum for the most recent examples posted by the Internet Security team.
