had a letter today, with someone else's name on it.

it is my address, but not my name nor account details.

Is there anything i can do apart from return to sender as i don't want this unknown name associated with my account.

TIA

Nev

I'm not a Very Insightful Person (just a little bit, sometimes). I don't work for Virgin Media (but then nor do any of the offshore customer service agents).
