I just received an email from Savanta (virginmediao2@boxcleversurveys.com) claiming that they are doing a survey on behalf of VM/O2. They have used my name in the email, and I just wanted to make sure this was legit before taking part 😅 can anyone advise?

You should be safe if they do not ask for bank account details or date of birth.
